1. Sign in to your Google Ads account. Direct access to Google Ads here: https://www.google.ca/adwords/
2. Click on the gear-shaped (flower-shaped) icon at the top right.
3. Select Preferences
4. Click on Account Settings.
5. Click on +User button to add a user.
