It was a very busy year for all of us – thanks again for choosing Full Serve for your projects. And a special thank you to all of our repeat clients, it is so rewarding to continue to support you as your business grows. It’s been a pleasure serving you in 2016.
Full Serve News – 2016
This year we helped a diverse set of businesses and professionals, like a coffee company, a tour company, an artist, and a chiropractor. We also look forward to the launch of several websites in early 2017- projects for an accountant, a naturopathic clinic, and an environmental consulting firm.
We have many local clients (Delta, Vancouver, Langley, North Vancouver, Richmond) but did you know that the majority of of our clients are actually long distance? This year we welcomed new clients from Cape Breton, Costa Rica, and Connecticut, among other places!
Far or near, we hope that you’ve found our new Client Support blog helpful. The topics are based on questions we receive from you and typically answer by email. We thought sharing the information with all of you was a good idea. Some examples: How to Edit Your Email Signature in Gmail, How to Back up Your Site, What Do I Do If My Site Breaks?. We intend to blog 1-3 times per month and send the blog posts out in a newsletter format approximately once a month in 2017.
We’ve also started created video tutorials for you, so you may receive a link to a video in reply to a question in the future or after a coaching session. These are not going to be publicly available on the Full Serve website, but are available to all of our clients for free. So far we have two WordPress tutorials (1. How to Change the Settings for Comments 2. How to Add a Page to a Menu). We plan to create a series of WordPress tutorials about blogging in 2017 and we’ll share these with you, too.
