In the future when you get a report that any of your online forms or your emails are not working, please follow these quick steps before contacting me:
1. ask the reporter for more info – did they get a ‘message failed’ box pop up? A bounced back message? No reply to their email?
2. check your junk folder
3. test the email or form yourself, sending from your personal email
If these steps detemine there is an issue with your email or email management system (inbox, outbox, junk folder, spam filter). Not sure how? Ask us or your IT person.
If these steps determine there is an issue with your website, please send me as much info as you can about the nature of the problem and the results of the steps above so I can troubleshoot/replicate and resolve.
