Online Tools for Bookkeeping and Accounting

Recently a client asked me what tools we use at Full Serve for bookkeeping and accounting.

As a digital marketing agency, of course we like to keep things online 😉

Dropbox

We use Dropbox for File Management – receipts are easily scanned using the Dropbox phone app and saved to a monthly expenses folder shared with Charles so he can check them off against statements. Get Dropbox here.

Quickbooks Online

We use Quickb0oks at Full Serve to track expenses and send invoices. We also use it at tax time and to make big strategic decisions about the business.

The online version of Quickbooks allows Charles to work remotely. It also means we can send an invoice or check on a customer account from any device without having to install Quickbooks.

Save 50% on Your First 6 Months of Quickbooks

According to their website, Intuit Quickbooks is the world’s number one accounting solution. If it sounds right for your business, you can save 50% on your first 6 months of Quickbooks here.

Personal Financial Planning

Intuit also owns Mint which is a useful free tool to track personal finances and goals (you can see all of your credit card, investment and bank account activity in one place).
